The client sustained multiple serious injuries in a motor vehicle collision while on the job in Miller County. His claims against the adverse driver and his uninsured motorist insurer had been settled earlier in 2015.

Their client sustained multiple injuries, requiring significant medical treatment, including a cervical fusion. They were able to obtain the limits of liability coverage without filing suit. A lawsuit was required to recover against the client’s uninsured motorist insurer, but that claim was settled after brief discovery.

The client had been injured in a motor vehicle accident, but during his hospital stay he was further injured by staff during an attempt to transfer him from his bed to a chair. The confidential settlement was reached during court-ordered mediation.
